A fundamental investor will say its due to dividends, whereas a technical analyst will say its due to previous patterns on the charts, whether they be Gann related, astrology, Armstrong numbers, Elliot wave etc. March hasn't always been a major turning point, but when there is a Gann number involved, it pays to keep it in mind for a future turning point.
