Have you gotten in contact with the company at all or just posted on here??
If your claims are true this is a concern,
I once had an issue making a world phone call, (the call said ‘sorry there is a network issue, we’re retrying...’)
I then made a normal call, also failed.....
getting back from your holiday to find the sp lower would be frustrating (you’ll find most stocks had a little dip with the Dow) and may have amplified your review? Either way, I hope it gets resolved soon
