While the exact details of the AUZ/SK deal are still vague until the ASX releases the announcement- SK is the 57th largest company in the world, with 2 new battery plants in Europe being constructed and some interesting tech for extended range car batteries and a tie up with Damlier. SK has the option to buy 19.9,% of AUZ - with 7+6 contact for all Sconi production at market prices - having a major shareholder / customer like SK is a significant development for AUZ and for the commencement of production at Sconi and likely Flemington. I would think it puts it on par with CLQ in terms of resource development.
Both companies have great prospects ahead with CLQ also having the water tech.
