Why do people only assume if a Junior Explorer director sells its doom.

Look at the ground. If that excites, then buy.
I would rather have exciting ground and a director that sells, because of dozens of personal reasons than crap ground with a director holding on for "window dressing" purposes.

I recently double bagged on AVZ because that companies perceived messier sold a bunch for personnel reasons.

Don't be so arrogant to assume that because you hold that a director should als0 hold. You dont know his situation.

Have you ever sold out of a company that looks terrific?, but you just needed the cash for a new car, or even a another stock that was going to be the next best thing.

Look at the ground. ( hopefully you did before you bought in)
