Sorry @Freefall, which part sounds like the valid grounds for BCL's appeal ?
I can't even see where he listed the grounds for the appeal ...
"DW: I do wonder just how well you are reading that information that is coming back to you because there is clearly significant opposition." ...this could be said for BCL and all of it's supporters.
You will not accept, you have no social license, the supposed support you claim to have didn't show at the Wardens Hearing and now BCL are crying foul and suing their own shareholders ...
