SK Innovation Offtake/Funding Agreement, page-175

i'm sitting here i've read all the posts , cut the grass and washed the dishes so i thought i might spend 15 minutes here sharing my experiences as a full time trader.

i want to let the newbies , inexperienced and beginners in on a few facts here. i've been trading full time for 14 years and have been watching shares closely for close to 30 years so believe what you want on Hot Copper at your own peril except this post.

the first thing i want to say here is that if true that AUZ has signed an off take agreement with SK then its possibly the biggest news event i've seen in my 30 years bar takeovers in the mining sector. there is no doubt in my mind that all press articles are 100% true.

I cant remember a larger world class company ever signing a deal of this magnitude with a minnow in Australia.

a few key points here for beginners

#1: i hear a few people talk about shareholders being diluted by 19.99%. that is the biggest load of rubbish you will ever read. sure AUZ are issuing by all reports 19.99% of issued shares to SK for $65 odd million. what people FORGET is that SK are not SELLERS , they are long term partners. the amount of stock tradeable monday or tuesday will not change. it will increase by 19.99% in theory but the amount to trade wont change. the only time this 19.99% will affect shareholders is when AUZ pay dividends or SK take us over. i repeat they are not sellers so shares wont hit the market. so forget about dilution and people who spruik it , they are only downrampers who want your shares.

#2: AUZ on monday or tuesday will have $65 million more dollars in the bank and the 57th worlds largest company as its largest share holder. that's the game changer here. Sconi will be mined.

#3: institutions will be all over this stock next week and if you think you can sell high and buy low then you are going to get slaughtered. big fish are now circling AUZ smaller shareholders and will take them out with all sorts of shifty measures. good luck to those trying to scalp but my advice is just sit back and watch the action. AUZ market cap will now start on its trajectory to match pls, ajm, clq. it will certainly reach imo the $1 billion dollar mark this year.

#4: just remember AUZ has 2 deposits the size of CLQ's sunrise and SK innovations is a monster company compared to who CLQ have teamed up with. AUZ WILL SURPASS CLQ's market cap over the next few months that is certain imo. AUZ has a mining license at Sconi and probably the worlds best engineering team in SK INNOVATIONS to get the plant built to produce battery grade Cobalt and Nickel Sulfate for all the major German and Korean EV manufactures.
