    The new divisional operating structure (released on 15 January 2018) being part of the company’s accelerated transformation program means one thing and one thing only.

    The senior executive within the company has been throwing balls in the air and has no idea what focus on.

    In other words, the results are going to be bad, real bad and they want to cover it up with a new structure (one month out).
