I guess from my perspective Hoffman has delivered on most of his commitments so far. Communication has been better than under any previous management in my memory. Also, the sp has gone up a lot and the company appears to be only a hairs breadth away from commercial success. It is hard to criticise him too much from where I stand as a long term part owner of the company.

We wait now on zeiss to get the approvals. it is a frustrating wait but still within the timeframes reported on. I still would like to be sure they will be capable of funding the ramp up in production, but that will be a nice problem to have I guess.

agree with your sentiments.

all i am arguing is that hoffman is scheduled to earn approx 50k p/a MORE than the previous CEO who was actually in charge during the strong share price appreciation that you quoted.

i am also just trying to alert other share holders of hoffmans previous executive experience in day to day management which i strongly believe is not worth what he will take from the company.
