Ohpir conveniently forgets that NK is under "United Nations" Sanctions (not USA sanctions).
Developing nuclear weapons, directly threatening it's neighbors (including directly threatening to attack Australia with nuclear weapons), repeatedly firing missiles over Japan.
As for starving the country........one Kim Jong Un and his cohorts are fully responsible for that, not to mention torturing and killing huge numbers of them as well.
But we should ignore all that...........as usual in Ophir's universe USA is entirely to blame for it all
