re: question for cbd holders... My understanding is that most of the technology is owned by Ventronics, which is fully owned by CBD. They recently also purchased a capacitor company. The technology isn't anything groundbreaking really, it's just implementing simple logic. A lot of the building standards are based antiquated methods and simply changing controllers in ventilation systems for example can yield substantial cost reductions.
