Your statement is incorrect and misleading yet again!

The official company announcement has already stated aid that a"lithium mine can be commissioned and operational by 2019/2020." ...and they would not state that without knowledge of how long it takes to mine in the DRC and also knowing that Huayou(mining) who have a stake in us got 5 cobalt/copper projects up and running in 12 months!, and as I stated the other day:

AVZ is also lucky to be situated in the mining friendly DRC where there are many successful mining operations including some of the world's biggest miners such as Glencore. Mines are developed much more quickly in the DRC because there is much less red tape than Australia!.This is especially so because there is the Chinese involved who have a very good relationship with the government, and are upgrading the infrastructure quickly! as only the Chinese can do, and for free!. Huayou(mining) who have a stake in AVZ got 5 cobalt/copper projects up and running in 12 months. Is it little wonder therefore that AVZ have officially stated that they "expect a mine to be commissioned and operational by 2019/2020", right in the sweet spot to absorb the rising demand from the electric vehicle/storage revolution!

The advantage of how quickly a mine can be commissioned and operational in the DRC compared to Australia is often overlooked, and should be factored in positively and not negatively to our valuation considering when AVZ expects a mine to be built! There are some that have even speculated that it will be a close run thing who gets to mine first; KDR or AVZ!
