After reading the term sheet, I dont feel like it is a strong partnership yet. SK dont give away anything and can walk away anytime if any listed condition is not fulfilled.
No guaranteed funding yet until SK exercise the option to buy share.
No prepayment.
They do help with the plant design so thats good news.
SK is a pure buyer rather than a partner at this point
I guess it is understandable when dealing with a huge giant like SK, you just dont have much negotiation power.
