The only prob would be trying to cook the eggs and tomato in there too- they already seem to soak up all the bacon goodness so it might be one for a rainy day bacon sandwich type thing eh?
A few drops of mayo would probably go nicely on that sanga, maybe even some sun dried tomato and lettuce....
