I still haven't figured you out...but for the benefit of the doubt...

..."If shareholders knock back the 20% dilution do SK get the option to walk?"...
Who in their right mind would knock back a deal like this one? and Yes, of course, SK get the option to walk.

A lot of guys still going on about dilution...how do you think we will get money to pay for long lead items?
Do you prefer a reputable company with clear focus on where they are heading in the next several years or would you prefer a CR via a broker to their mates, usually discounted at min 10% and for amounts of AU$80mil they would be asking for a much higher discount, with the double whammy of them then selling
as soon as the shares hit their accounts resulting in a downward pressure for the SP for many months especially if we are talking 670mil new shares!!
