Computershare - Holding under joint name (help required)

    I'm wondering if anyone could help me with the following issue.

    I have just logged into Computershare, and was looking into the process for selling my shares (not going to), but as they're in a joint name, a prompt comes up and says I must contact a stock broker. I have a CMC Markets account, and never have nor never will use a personal stock broker, so i'm wondering if anyone knows of the process to sell if and when the time comes?
