Playing devils advocate here, the debt from XRO has been disclosed and the agreement with FCC has not.

For me the agreement is only part of the issue. It's the failure to disclose that annoys me. They need to provide info about the agreement to the market so we can make a decision on whether to hold or not. We also need assurances around future disclosure e.g. announce the hiring of the governance expert that starts immediately.
