Just in my opinion but from what I have read here and elsewhere, it seems that the financing doesn't make a huge part of their operations. The problem might be about the collateral agreement with big review tv (not big un) and how this works exactly.

IF it works out to be s relative storm in a teacup and lingering doubt is removed then the open might be way better than people expect. The assumption it falls on re entry may be spectacularly inaccurate. Like Elom Musk's Roadstar this one might go up and not come back down.
