There are a number of conditions that neeed to be satisfied beforehand, BfS being key one which will take up to a year. Based on option I think today’s value is about 12c, they have lock in this buying in price for next 12 months. This option I think will hold price back over next 12 months. Can’t see it going higher than 12c
