Re read my post... I said " allow him to make countless " I didn't say he HAD countless nukes.
NK has conducted a number of nuclear tests but none of us know how many he actually has.

Does the world want an open lunatic with nukes? Do we need another country with nukes? Especially one as isolated as NK where the containment of that nuclear material is questionable?
