    The institutional shareholders have two choices:

    1) quit the position and take the hit

    or

    2) bet their entire business and try to hold the share price up

    If they take option 1, chances are they'll recover. If they take option 2, it's binomial. You have to decide whether you want to use this potential "buyer" to get out.
