BIG IMO are front loading their own self generated invoices via the FCC gravy train.
It really is that simple.

Whether the Sb takes up the FCC option or not is irrelevant, BIG uses it anyway IMO.

Hi BIG, Im a startup with an ABN, I cant get finance, I want the $15k package, what can I do? Oh you can just pay monthly, no probs.

BIG generates the $15k invoice between BIG and SB, send to FCC and FCC sends 80% or thereabout of the raised invoice to BIG upfront.

BIG in turn makes payments back to FCC as revenue comes in.

BIG is now taking the risk of the customer paying.
This is why there is a GSA between FCC and BIG IMO

For all we know the 3m in shares worth $5 -10m could be due to no payers/losses carried forward?

Why and how did the loss provisions on the financials lower?
Paid out for in shares?

Thanks for explaining your thinking but does it rest on the assumption that BIG is creating lines of credits through FC Capital for companies that never asked for it and then drawing down on it as a standard business practice?

That's a very serious allegation?

I don't believe the AFR article said they found evidence of that.
