The industry is in trouble and in for a big shake up. The Royal Commission in process now is not just focused solely on the big 4 banks but all other practices under the banks will be affected by whatever rulings are the outcome of the hearing recommendations, it will go to the smaller fish as well to be drawn into line to an industry standard.
