Nice of see a bit of fire in the belly. Your patriotic indignation is great, without it the US wouldn't have a steady stream willing to go and fight wars for Israel and oil companies!

I've spent extended time in the US and the people were very nice as expected. I've no gripe with the nation, just certain power elites that make decisions on their behalf, often sending their children on dubious pursuits around the world. Maybe you are right, we would all be sitting in a radioactive hell without US intervention, but evidence suggests that the Japanese are the only ones to suffer in such a way. Oh and the countless Iraqi children born with deformities due to the DU blitz.

I stand by my comments re your intelligence and character, we just all live with different versions of truth, which is understandable. Without sharing our different views in a civilised way I guess we would never learn anything.

I understand nothing is ever black and white, and I do read all your posts with a level of respect (especially your market commentary).
