We can only act on what we know and what we now know is that the SP has completely factored out all of the NAW, YUM! and Amazon deals completely as if they had never happened.

Hardly factored out. Even at $1 the marketcap is still close to $200mill. Quite simply the market will no longer put immense 'potential' value on the company but will track more on actual financial achievements . I think it will be a long time before it sees $3 or $4 again.
