It is certainly being pushed hard by non-holders which is off putting. I'm not interested in it personally, as GSW has met my fundamental targets and expectations but I imagine those retail holders who bought higher and are unhappy / have taken all the fear on board internally might register their interest.

The class action talk has been ongoing for a few weeks now. The AFR will probably advertise it every fortnight or so perhaps? It is always framed with wishy-washy leading statements like "may" and "is investigating the possibility of" with nothing solid or committal.
