If this is becomes an effective, safe alternative to the current lap-band/stomach sleeve style approach which is both costly and potentially dangerous, then thumbs up I say.
There can be a myriad of factors involved in weight gain that go beyond just will power - genetic predisposition, psychological trauma, depression, side effects from medication.
