Weathering isnt a bad thing. It just means for us to get to fresh pegmatites we will need to drill (this was always going to be the case).
The fresher the pegmatites the better but having weathered is better then not having them at all.
Largely to me its a positive result, as you said it proves we are in the right geological setting - we just need to find the higher grade stuff which is hopefully deeper.
