I reckon $1.50 is over the top, but who knows when Mn ore prices are above US$7.50/dmtu.
Metal Bulletin has the Mn 37% price at US$7.53/dmtu CIF, that is a huge price for Mn ore.
Look at the profits S32 is making on manganese ore. I posted S32 profits on the OMH thread if you care to see.
I still think that $1.50/ share is over the top for JMS, remember that JMS has a 49.9% stake in Tshipi, and with 2 billion odd shares would value Tshipi at US$6 billion, JMS other holdings are really insignificant in comparison.
I'm not a JMS shareholder but would consider buying JMS when listed, but above 60c/share, I wouldn't be a buyer. I'd just buy more OMH as OMH share in Tshipi is 13% and OMH only has 770 million odd shares, even at JMS at 60c/share would value OMH share in Tshipi as 40 cents/share.  With JMS at $1.50 would value OMH share of Tshipi at $1/share. No way.
