So where FAR claims in an ASX Announcement on 23/8/16 that because the COP notice did not comply the "preemtion period has not commenced" you think they were wrong?
How can the option expire if the period has not even started?
Or are you saying that the PE period did commence and you are contradicting the FAR ASX Announcement?
