Have you ever declined to participate in a class action in which you were eligible?

I think they have a role to play in a healthy financial system. If I could improve the system, I would push for regulation that places a greater onus on class actions pursuing directors insurance. Too often they get away with murder and reappear in another company all washed and clean.

How would you improve the system?
