Not sure what will happen to the company as a whole, if the software is decent, it might get picked up at a fire sale price but the directors are royally rooted imo. No way out from here. The most obvious case of derelict of duty I've seen for a while.

They admitted not disclosing the contract losses (which they deemed immaterial).. Of course they haven't admitted to any misleading or deceptive announcements.. Now it's up to the courts to decide.. But if contracts progress well in the period leading up to & during court proceedings, then the judge may well dismiss the case (eventually)..
