it's really pathetic to those dislike the financial arrangement and how this would be a matter? With the kind of products BIG have, it would be an idiot if BIG don't use financial partner to grow. It is not an issue (who cares which way the income from), and imo institutions may more interested on if there is any potential likely share dilution not disclosed. My bet is as far as BIG can shown the money, any sell off will be short lived.
