For item 3/, I would suggest contacting BCC (Broken Coast Cannabis) in Canada. I'm not sure how helpful they will be, but when CMY and BCC where in talks of a deal, CMY went into trading halt for a fair amount of time before am email was leaked stating "Pending further announcement, our relationship with CMY ended. They will not be taking any significant equity position in Broken Coast.".
This caused the trading halt to be lifted and an ANN to be formed, but it wasn't a good one.
On top of this, there is various articles floating around about Peter Dykes gambling habits, and this in connection with the stupidly high admin fees, and the loans to CHP (another Dykes company) may be grounds
Additionally for item 1/, we can make a cloud spreadsheet and everyone can populate it, but whether we can get 30 mil is an issue. I for one only have ~8K to contribute
