I have noticed the same re top holders, but why not post some numbers / % changes over various times.
Just a thought... but maybe they are trying to trade their way out/protect their prior investment ... the size of holding may have increased... but the value certainly hasn't.
Honestly dont know what it means, but i have little reason to believe you do either.
