Listen to the call. The CFO said it himself as regards to payables/receivables.
If the CFO doesn't know, Janchor has no way of knowing. The only ones who know are the mid-low level accountants receiving and paying all the invoices. If they simply put it all in a spreadsheet, the CFO will be able to see EXACTLY when each dollar is due. They either haven't or they have, and he hasn't opened the spreadsheet.
By the way, if their controls are so poor...what about fraud risk?!
