I hope we do need to fund. And if you're waiting for a positive announcement, well we had two of them today, so you're a little impatient!

The auditor is correct. But all they have is a rear view mirror. I accept we do need to achieve all of what they say, and to my mind, we will in spades. That said, their 'disclaimer' suggests;

"...blah, blah blah, and an equity raise".

Surely if we achieve;

"...sufficient cash surpluses from continued sales of IQ buds, growth in retail distribution channels through the ongoing negotiation of new distribution agreements, release of new product lines, management of the current level of discretionary expenditure in line with the funds available to the company..."

...we won't need any equity raise?!

And just a point of note to our inimitable auditor, 'Greg's son Richard', a pair of our fabulous looking buds, might go some ways to offsetting that pronounced dome of yours.
