I guess it pays to know the difference between a binding agreement and a term sheet agreement! Pretty clear cut if you ask me. Why they submitted the Initial ASX Announcement as a binding agreement is beyond me!?!?!? Also, to spill news to a Journo during a TH because they assumed the Announcement was compliant is a bit smelly.
AUZ need an experienced company secretary on the payroll asap to prevent this kind of thing from happening again and leave BB to do what he does best.
