Think I'm going to get smashed here but my 2 cents worth...
From the brief info provided I don't think this changes much. Cannot be terminated out for 'convenience'. It's still subject to samples, finance and start of mining. That is how I read the initial announcement as well.
Guess we wait and see more details Monday.
