    Have you seen the prices of accountants located in Sydney CBD, lol?! I can generally undercut them by about 50% with the only difference being I don't have the prestige (and overheads) of a city address.

    As a young start up they would have been looking for the cheapest price, especially as it was just setting up some company structures which is very basic work, 1 hour max.
