Clearly management and the Chinese investors expected a better sp value based on the deal, hence the TH to clarify a binding agreement
Fair value 18-20
I still expect the sp to get past this level imo and this to be the base level after some good trading.
I mentioned the other day that more news will follow, this explanation of the binding agreement will be followed up with more news in March to keep the sp on an upward projection.
Slow growth is good, I was shocked that AUZ opened strong and did not run, maybe this time
