The pricing of hpa is not really transparent. Some claim that hpa from China can be much cheaper. Does anyone have background knowledge of hpa pricing? Is the cheap hpa from China of a different quality & specification? Anywhere we could get current spot pricing? I'm sure our estimates are fair due to due diligence by kfw but it would still be nice to know the details.
