My wife is a leading super fund manager and she has been in the game along time and she looked the numbers and for her to say BAL is way under valued is a very BIG call as she is normally very conservative in SP values, she think the SP should be north of $20 , but the only thing holding this back is CFDA approval, once that is received , it should fly pass $20.
