The standard duration for a TH is two business days, hence targeting Monday. But that's just the 'standard'. Can't have any longer (as that would require suspension) but you can have shorter. So there's every chance that the news will be released tonight or before market opens tomorrow. I suspect ASX want to see evidence from SKI that they agree the deal is binding and to review the updated preso that Ben wants to submit. That's all there is. No renegotiating as you incorrectly claim.
