This is just a supposition on your part that the debt could not be paid down fast enough. We do know that DRM was paying down the debt in recent months and we have no idea if the creditors wanted the debt paid back early or if they were happy to see the existing facility continue. We do know the CR has derisked DRM and it was done at a very good price (I am not sure if the new investors are happy with what they paid).

As for why you might want to invest in DRM it is all about risk and reward. If you bought in when investor sentiment was at the bottom then the current SP is fine. My expectation is that the SP has further to rise once Da Vinci is tapped. The whole timeline fits well into my investment profile and hence why I invested. As you know I am invested in a range of goldies, from early stage explorers like EGA, to disaster turn around stories like OGX, to unloved miners like RSG.
