Mate you are wrong there. Read up on class actions. That was a big reason for me getting out at 1.30. There doesn't have to be any proof of neglect or intent. There just have to be proof of non disclosure. And that's already established as Joel has gone on record admitting to non disclosure.
Best case for gsw is a settlement outside of court, but I think the lawyers know they have an iron clad case. This is a textbook deceptive and misleading behaviour from a director.
It would be good if GSW announce to the market potential liabilities and whether they have directors insurance and how much it covers.
Their reputation for now is totally shot.... you know how noone wants to hang around someone who is getting in trouble a lot of has a bad reputation in a company? Just because most people are sheep and don't want a bad association.

This is definitely going to have a very very significant to future customer signings and potentially they could loose existing clients.
There are other solutions on the market customers could turn to. The cool young and hip duo image of Joel and Bane, the underdog Australian battling company rag to riches story, is obliterated.

The image now is lier, thief, shouldn't be running an asx company, what's a footballer know about business, lied once he will lie again, where there is smoke there is fire.... you can see AFR just cooking that story up over and over and very time a customer reads that they get closer to cancelling their business with getswift.

Do you think CBA want to have any additional bad association with all the money laundering sheet going on? Heads are rolling there internally and I would say their patience for bad image right now is at its limit.

I think once we know outcome of class action; know what is happening with fidelity investment and if getswift maintains their cash balance; an update in detail on the enterprise agreements; until them it's way too much risk.... and not just that, there are other asx companies not going through all this presenting better investment potential right. Investors can sell out. And buy back in once these risks are defined and all stones unturned.
