I'm beginning to wonder if Richard should step down from his official board role, and just be mentor/advisor behind the scenes?
As much as I personally feel he has done a great job and want to see him stay, it does seem a lot of others feel he isn't a good leader due to his past. It seems some people aren't willing to give him a second chance, and whilst the company was small it didn't really matter but for us to progress into ASX 300 territory it seems to then become more of an issue.
I repeat, this is NOT what I want to see happen. I am more just questioning the general market sentiment towards him and how much of the current speculation and negativety around the company is due to it.
