So here is a question that will determine your resolve..
We know that we have a deal with Merck, pending checks and approval from shareholders..
Some will sell at 1.68 and bail, as the difference between 1.68 and 1.75 is only 4%, compare that to the 176% we just appreciated and not too much of a difference..
My question is, that if you beleive it’s such a sure thing there will be another deal, buying at 1.68 is one of the easiest (minimum 4%) that you will make this year.. but if you beleive whole heartedly that there will be another deal.. there is some great coin to be made..
How is your resolve..
Then on the other hand.. if the shareholders reject the offer, does it instantly head back to 60c..
