When NWE finished drilling Arrowsmith 2 AWE management were so impressed with the manner that the drilling was carried out that they approached NWE to consider managing the drilling of their next well.
(I forget the name of the well).
Internal rumblings from AWE stopped that contract from being signed.
Shelly was the Engineer in charge of the Arrowsmith 2 well for both the design and management.
Her reputation is first rate in the industry.
For goodness sake give her time to bring alll this together.
She has already drilled a well in this hostile economic environment which many said could not be done. Sure the retained percentage was lower than NWE would have liked but we have at leasted advanced to the point of discovering that there is Oil in Xanadu.
