Thanks. My sentiments exactly. Interest rates at around 4.3% do not burden the debt either. I do see this stock with rose coloured glasses for very good reason. There are many on hot copper who claim to be experts. Many over think and over analyse. You wonder why they are not running these companies although I'm happy they are not. However fundamentals are everything and GCYs fundamentals are outstanding.
