re: trading halt - #$%^& it.... The Directors that BOUGHT the shares at 9.5 cents off Chris Gale probably made the agreement to do so over a month ago. You dont decide to buy a coupl eof hundred thousand dollars worth of shares and execute it the following day.
At the time the agreement was probably made, SWT was trading around that price.
